How The Fashion Giant Honored Five Amazon Original Series At Their New York Store

Streaming Video On Demand (SVOD) is becoming more and more a part of our daily culture. And as a part of their For Your Consideration campaign for the 2017 Emmy Awards, Saks Fifth Avenue featured costumes and wardrobes from five Amazon Original Series at their flagship location in Manattan.

And now they are building on their own historic success of partnering with movies and TV shows ranging from Universal Pictures' The Great Wall to Fox's Empire to feature their costumes in the New York fashion windows, to much success.  In this blog post, Hollywood Branded looks at the strategic partnership between Saks Fifth Avenue and Amazon to showcase their streaming original content.

Star-Studded Showcase

The showcase at Saks' flagship New York City store included designs from award-winning series Mozart In The Jungle and Transparent, as well as other Amazon originals including Z: The Beginning Of EverythingThe Man In The High Castle, and Patriot


The showcase also featured stars from these original series, including Malcolm McDowell and Emmy-award winning Gael Garcia Bernal, as well as other stars from the other series. The showcase is a part of the SVOD giant's award-season campaign for their original content. It combined set designs and costumes from the shows with current fashions for Saks.
