Natacha Oceane

First up on the list is Natacha Oceane, who is an absolute powerhouse. She is a YouTuber and Instagram influencer from London with over a million followers on both platforms. She has a research master's in Biophysics and has released many of her own fitness guides and her own line of fitness bands on her website, https://natachaoceane.com/. Her Instagram is full of crazy HIIT workouts that could make even the most advanced athlete break a major sweat, like the one below.

On Youtube, Natacha uses science to debunk misconceptions about fitness and empower women to build a lifestyle around feeling good in their own skin. She is best known for taking the US Marine Physical fitness test… and passing. Natacha's go-lucky attitude and commitment to her goals keep her fanbase strong and positive. 


Stephanie Buttermore

Stephanie is a woman of many talents. She has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, a growing online fanbase, and even a book on the way. After earning her doctorate Stephanie chose to leave academia and cancer research in favor of educating the masses about the principles of exercise science. Stephanie has over 1.2 million subscribers on YouTube and over 650 thousand followers on Instagram. She is best known for her video titled “How 1 Year of Weight Gain Changed My Life Forever,” which has been viewed about 5 million times.

Stephanie has workout guides that are available to purchase on her website, but she dedicates most of her online presence to talking about the relationship between exercise and food.

Stephanie shows how repairing her relationship with food changed her life and is able to help other people by providing videos that use science and first-person experience to back her claims. Stephanie's intelligence and vulnerability make her one of the most popular fitness influencers out there!


Sydney Cummings

Sydney is the queen of the free workout program. She has amassed over 1.15 million followers since starting her channel three years ago and is nowhere near to slowing down. Her Youtube channel is full of free, strategically planned out, month-long workout programs for everyone from beginner to advanced.

Sydney was a division I athlete at West Virginia University. After graduating she was certified as a personal trainer and a nutrition specialist and started her very own personal training business, which has since expanded tremendously. In addition to her free programs available on Youtube, Sydney also works directly with a paid subscription community called the Sydney Squad who get access to special content from Sydney’s website, as well as one on one training sessions. Sydney is best known for her extemporaneous motivational speeches at the end of each workout.

 


Cassie Ho

Cassie has been in the social media game for so long that she has been called “the blueprint” for other fitness influencers.

With about 5.6 million subscribers on YouTube, 2 million followers on Instagram, and 2.5 million followers on TikTok, Cassie’s influence knows no bounds. Cassie is the founder of Poppilaties, the official pilates of 24 Hour Fitness, and the head designer of her very own activewear and gym gear brand, Popflex.

She has a very devoted fanbase who attend the classes that she teaches all around the United States. Cassie’s youtube channel encompasses everything from workouts, to recipes, to relatable comedic content, to serious issues affecting women, such as when she opened up about losing her menstrual cycle due to over exercising. Cassie is best known for her infectious smile, her devotion to pilates and her willingness to be vulnerable.

Massy Arias might just have the craziest six pack on Instagram. Born in the Dominican Republic, Massy is a certified health coach and personal trainer with 2.7 million followers on Instagram. 

As if this wasn't enough, Massy is also the CEO of her own vegan, non-gmo, soy and gluten free, supplement company: Tru Supplements. On her website, www.massyarias.com, you can find programs that incorporate strength training, cardio, and yoga.
